Olivea's Ultra High Phenolic is the oil to take by the spoon: one to two tablespoons a day, straight or drizzled over finished food. Each tablespoon carries about 14 mg of hydroxytyrosol compounds, nearly three times the 5 mg a day behind Europe's authorized olive polyphenol health claim. Bold and peppery, the way a fresh high polyphenol oil should taste.

  • Polyphenols: 1,046 mg/kg by NMR at the World Olive Center for Health in Athens and 874 mg/kg by HPLC at an IOC recognized laboratory, October 2025 harvest. Both reports are published on myolivea.com.
  • Standard: a minimum of 1,000 mg/kg every harvest, set by Olivea's medical advisory board of Harvard-trained cardiologists.
  • Olives: 100% Olympia variety from small family farms around Kalamata in Messinia, hand picked early in the season and cold pressed within hours by mechanical means only, then rested under nitrogen in cool stainless tanks until bottling. Acidity under 0.4%.
  • Certified: USDA Organic through Control Union Certifications, EU organic leaf. Screened for more than 200 pesticides, none above 0.01 mg/kg.
  • Bottle: 500 mL, 16.9 fl oz, dark glass, tamper proof cap with a built in non drip pour valve, shipped in a gift ready protective tube. Best before date and a Lab Tests QR code on every bottle.
  • Taste: bold, with the bitter bite and peppery finish that signal polyphenols. Olive oil's polyphenols are its own antioxidants, so the oil also stands up well to heat.
