High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lab tested at 587 mg/kg polyphenols for the October 2025 harvest, about 10 times a typical supermarket bottle. USDA Organic. Single origin Koroneiki from Messinia, Greece. Made for everyday cooking, heat stable to about 410°F.

Bright, grassy and smooth, with a gentle peppery finish: the oil for the kitchen. Sauté, roast, bake, dress, dip or drizzle, and every meal carries olive polyphenols, about 8 mg of hydroxytyrosol compounds per tablespoon.

  • Polyphenols: 587 mg/kg by NMR at the World Olive Center for Health in Athens, October 2025 harvest. The report is published on myolivea.com.
  • Standard: a minimum of 500 mg/kg every harvest, set by Olivea's medical advisory board of Harvard-trained cardiologists.
  • Olives: 100% Koroneiki from small family farms in Messinia, hand picked green, cold pressed within hours, filtered for stability and kept in nitrogen tanks until bottling.
  • Certified: USDA Organic through Control Union Certifications, EU organic leaf.
  • Heat: stable to about 410°F. The polyphenols are natural antioxidants that help protect the oil during sautéing, roasting and baking.
